Prices are indicative and depend on formula review, raw material sourcing, and dosage form. Formal quotes follow intake form submission. Pricing is in INR; USD equivalents are available on request.
Documentation for every batch
Each pricing tier covers the core documents brands need for labeling, import clearance, and retailer submissions. Where required by the formula or destination market, certificates carry third-party signatures.
-
Certificate of Analysis
Third-party signed results for identity, potency, microbial, and heavy metals, as applicable to formula and destination market.
-
Batch record
Complete production record: operator sign-offs, in-process weight data, and equipment calibration references for the run.
-
Ingredient traceability
Supplier certificate chain for each active ingredient; raw material lot numbers link to the finished batch.
Common pricing FAQs
Indicative rates include contract manufacturing labour, standard overhead, in-house QC testing, and the base documentation package. They exclude raw materials, third-party analytical testing beyond in-house scope, including HPLC and heavy metals, plus outbound freight. After formula review, a formal quote itemises every cost line for your batch.
Raw materials are charged separately at actual cost plus a handling margin. Brands can provide their own ingredients if supplier relationships are already in place, provided materials arrive with supplier certificates and pass incoming inspection. Most brands use Leumas procurement for standard vitamins, minerals, and botanicals because we hold accounts with approved suppliers.
Because gummies require flavour and colour calibration, setup overhead is higher than for capsule or powder runs. The practical minimum is 2,000 units for pilot validation and 10,000 units for production runs. Contact us about smaller pilots when testing a new formula before production volume.
Yes. Send your formula specification through the contact form, and our production team will issue a formal quote within 3 business days. It is non-binding and itemises manufacturing, raw material estimates, testing, and documentation, with no fee for the quote.
Our standard terms are 50% at order confirmation and 50% on batch release before dispatch. Established clients with at least three completed batches may request 30-day net terms. Export orders require full advance payment before production starts because of foreign exchange exposure on raw material procurement.
Compatible concurrent batches can share changeover and cleaning events, lowering each batch's per-unit overhead. When multiple orders arrive together, the AI scheduling system automatically identifies these pairings. Brands planning ahead typically achieve 10 to 15 percent lower per-unit costs than with individual spot orders.
