Formula intake
Send ingredient specifications, target dosage form, and batch size. We assess production feasibility, confirm raw material sourcing, and send a formal quote within 3 business days.

Pilot batch
A 500-unit first run tests the formula on our floor with full GMP documentation. The batch includes a Certificate of Analysis and batch record digest.

Production scheduling
The approved formula enters the calendar at your required volume. Our AI scheduler assigns a floor slot, sequences ingredient procurement, and confirms the production start date at order confirmation.

Ongoing batch cadence
Repeat orders use an abbreviated intake. Brands running regular batches receive consistent slot allocation and early notice of available floor capacity windows.

A plant-based supplement label focused on vegan protein formulas for the domestic fitness market. It runs size 0 HPMC capsule batches combining pea protein and ashwagandha at 650mg fill weight. After a 500-unit pilot, it moved to 5,000-unit production runs with documentation supporting India domestic sales.
An Ayurvedic supplement label producing two capsule SKUs: an ashwagandha-triphala combination and a tulsi-brahmi formula. Both are size 1 HPMC capsule batches at 5,000 units per SKU. The batch documentation includes export format supplement facts and ingredient traceability reports supporting submissions to the UK food supplement market.
